Neil Rawnsley - Associate Broker/Sales Representative
A native Victorian, Neil graduated in 1971 from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Economics. Licensed in 1971 he proceeded to complete a Diploma Course in Urban Land Economics (Appraisal Option) from the University of British Columbia. Throughout his prestigious real estate career in sales, appraisal and management, he has held numerous positions within the the real estate industry. These include President of the Victoria Real Estate Board, director of the British Columbia Real Estate Association, Chair of the Victoria Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of BC and Chair of the Real Estate Council of BC. A proud servant of his community he has served as Rotary Club of Oak Bay President (Multiple Paul Harris Fellow), member of the Community Business Initiative Advisory Board for the Federal Business Development Bank, and Chair of Fundraising for the Victoria Hospice Society where he was the creator and Chair of the Corporate Swimathon. Active in the sports community as a coach and manager of girls soccer, basketball and softball he was certified as an NCCP level two coach. He also served on the Victoria organizing committee for the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup.
