About Allen
Since the age of 6, I have been a competitive athlete in several sports, and travelled internationally both with sports and independently throughout my life. Although many may relate this competitiveness trait with a will to win at all costs – for me it has always been about the background - being prepared, putting in the time and effort looking for the obstacles before they arise, and giving my best to everything I set my mind to, which is what I will do for you in all aspects of a real estate transaction.
Originating from New Zealand, I immigrated to Canada from the UK in 2008 after a 10 year career as a full-time Firefighter, where among other things, the knowledge of building construction is not only important from a real estate perspective – for me it could be a matter of life and death.
Craig Toker has been a part of that journey from the beginning and it is with pride that I was invited to be a part of his successful team to assist you in the buying or selling of one of your most valuable assets. I like to think that a house is not just your home, or where you spend your free time, but as an integral part of your life! It should compliment who you are and be an extension of your lifestyle, be it in the garden relaxing or tending the flower beds, or having the storage for your hobbies, sports equipment or pass-times.
